We will provide a brief impulse with basic insights and a practical exercise for each topic. There will be time for a short Q&A at the end of each session (the Q&A may run over the 30 minutes time frame).

Why are we offering these weekly series?

Mental and emotional well-being of the people working in or contributing to finance is a requirement for the finance sector of the future. We are convinced that the transformation of the financial system is key to a sustainable economy and a future worth living. Unlocking the human potential in finance is both means and end in this transformation process. The Mindful Finance Institute is dedicated to support this process.
